Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund due to damage from our side or shipping, you must request it within 5 days of receiving the product.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. Refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team immediately.
The request will be entertained after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.
This should be reported within the same day of receipt of the products. If you feel that the product received does not match the description on the site or meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within the same day of receiving the product.
Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.
Warranty Claims:
For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them for resolution.
Refund Process:
If a refund is approved by xbotics, it will take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.
